MNU launched its annual Fahi Furusa job festival on June 3, running through June 5 at the Male' main campus and June 3 to 4 at atoll campuses. More than 32 government and private sector exhibitors are participating, offering job listings and career guidance.

The Maldives National University (MNU) officially opened its annual job festival, "Fahi Furusath 2026," on Wednesday, bringing together employers, job seekers, and career guidance providers under one roof.
MNU Chancellor Dr. Mahmoud Shaugee inaugurated the event at the university's main campus in Male'. The festival runs from June 3 to 5, with daily sessions from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
More than 32 institutions are participating this year. They include government agencies and major private sector companies. Exhibitors are offering information on job vacancies as well as career guidance for those looking to enter or advance in the workforce.
The festival is also running concurrently at MNU's atoll campuses across the country. Atoll campus events will conclude on June 4.
MNU described the festival as an important platform connecting skilled young job seekers with employers and entrepreneurs in one space.
