Applying for services just got more convenient on BML App and Internet Banking

Bank of Maldives (BML) has begun rolling out updates to Aaya, its digital assistant on the BML Mobile Banking App and Internet Banking, making it easier for customers to submit banking requests.

With the update, Aaya offers customers faster answers to queries and a smoother way to submit banking requests. Customers can also choose to connect with a BML staff member through Aaya whenever they need more personalized help.

As part of this change, customers can no longer submit banking requests through the messaging feature previously available on the Mobile Banking App and Internet Banking. Requests should now be made through Aaya instead.

BML said the update reflects its ongoing effort to improve its digital banking services and offer customers a more convenient, reliable banking experience.
